Dr Noebel roots his book in 1 Chronicles 12:23-37, specifically verse 32, " of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command"
In his book, he goes through each category and explains shows the perspectives of the 6 major worldviews views.
