Friday

Crustless Quiches

Growing up, I refused to eat quiche. I didn't like scrambled eggs, or sausage.
Good thing tastebugs change, because these are delicious and paleo-friendly!

- cook sausages/peppers/onions in a skillet
- divide evenly in muffin pan
- beat 8 eggs and pour evenly pour in each
- bake until eggs are cooked (15 minutes)

Just for kicks, and to use my favorite bowls...
walnuts and blueberries for desert.

Made friends with maintenance

Hey Molly, want to go on the roof?

Why yes, I most certainly do.

Strep

Last week I had some much needed forced time off... Was diagnosed with strep, but I didn't necessarily feel back so I just added a day to my weekend! I sometimes feel I have two speeds; no sleep and stress level high, or borderline bored.... Fresh air and slacklining was just perfect.

Finding myself (with help from Tori totalling calling me out haha) caught in a rut, it's been fun intentially adding back things that I love! Started Bikram again, went to Houston and had some much needed face-time with friends, and am planning a trip to Summit (stay tuned)!

Cure to getting out of the rut:
Playing outside
Roadtrips
Houston frands
Studying Spiritual Philosophy at a Castle in Colorado.
Hiking
Rodeos
Being challenged by Highshcool Sophomores

Whelp, that's a wrap
